FOCUSING OUTWARD: SEEING AND DISMANTLING SYSTEMS OF RACISM IN THE CHURCH AND WORLD

Dismantling racism requires being willing to see through the lens of BIPOC who are negatively impacted by racism and then working towards disrupting systems upholding racism. In this session, we will explore: the difference in individual and systemic racism, unconscious bias, debiasing strategies, visible and invisible acts of racism in the church and the world.
