We are seeking a person to join Trinity’s staff as Director of Youth Ministry. This ministry’s mission prospers when staff and volunteers provide youth (seventh through twelfth grade) opportunities which introduce and grow faith in God. The Director of Youth Ministry will be the lead staff person to encourage growth in discipleship through engagement in a variety of programming as well as relational ministry with youth. This position has two areas of focus. The initial focus from September – May is to engage Crossways prospects in the ministry by registering for a camp program, working as seasonal staff and/or renting facilities at one of our three camps. The engagement specialist will represent Crossways as an exhibitor at conferences, conventions, job fairs, synod and community events. This position will coordinate & direct the Crossways Ambassador and Camp Champs programs, which engages Crossways volunteers, staff and stakeholders in outreach to congregations, organizations and potential partners. During the summer season (May-August), this director will serve as the Imago Dei Village site director by working with other site directors to train, supervise and mentor summer staff; implement programming and coordinate camp services.
